Playing Dress-up

Haley, Brooke and Sydney have had so much fun this summer playing dress-up! Haley and Brooke devise elaborate games involving princesses, detectives and dance performances. It's been so cute to watch them play together.

Sydney loves her "tap-tap" shoes. She pretends she's in dance class and tells me, "My teacher wants me to do diss" and then dances around the room. She still loves her "bally-hoos" (ballet shoes), and is getting better at pronouncing it :)

Sydney is the queen and Brooke and Haley are her servants.

Haley planned a game called "Fashion Mania". These girls got to pick outfits from a variety Haley set out in one room, got their hair and makeup done in another, and had a photo shoot somewhere else. Haley had made a map that included gardens, a snack room, and a "fame gallery"!
