The Nutcracker

Katie and Haley had the chance to be in the Nutcracker again this year.  Their dance studio, Allegro, puts it on every year.  They performed 3 times at the Mayo Civic Center.  Katie was a character called Jonathon, who is Fritz's friend, and was in most of the first half (the party scenes).  She was also a Chinese dancer.  Haley was a Jester.  They both did an excellent job and had so much fun!  It's such a great performance opportunity.

They had a cast party after the last show and served this fun cake.  The girls get to know all the older dancers through this and get to dream about when they will be on pointe!
