Disney Cruise!!

There it is - our beautiful ship. We went on our long-awaited Disney Cruise Feb 27-Mar 3 (Sun-Thurs)! It was a blast! It's a beautiful ship (brand-new, just launched in January) and the rooms were so nice. There were broadway-quality shows every night, which we all loved; and the food was great! We went with the West's, and that was fun because all the kids had someone to play with.

These pictures are from Castaway Cay - Disney's own private island where you dock one day. Its beaches were beautiful and they even had a kids' care on the island! The kids loved playing in the sand and water, and Katie, Haley and I kayaked in the ocean! It was so fun.

This is the "grand entrance" - you can see why it's called that!

There were many character visits, and of course Brooke and Sydney loved the princesses most of all! It was fun to see them up close.

One night they had a pirate party. We'd gotten all the pirate accessories at the Pirates of the Caribbean ride in Disney World, so we were ready! All the guests dressed up for dinner, and then the pirate party was on the deck later that night.

You don't see many pictures of Katie and Jake because we hardly saw them the whole cruise! They had a 'tween area for them to hang out it and they loved it! They made friends and did lots of fun things, and had a lot of freedom :) It was perfect for them.
